Great first visit with Refocus Modern Eyecare. Dr. Lam & her team were very professional & provided great detail & care with my eye exam. Her team squared me away with ordering new glasses & contact lens. Look forward to continuing my eyecare with this fantastic team of professionals!
Thoughtful, kind, competent and considerate. I walked out feeling happier than I walked in which isn't normal for me and doctors. So patient and supportive with trying to pick glasses. Dr Lam was great. I love my new glasses she helped me pick. I also love the staggered hours so people can find a time that fits their schedule. They really prioritize the patient experience.
We have been going to this office for the past two years and we always have a wonderful experience. My 13 year old tried contacts for the first time, and the staff went above and beyond to support her. They stayed well past closing to patiently teach her how to put them in, never rushing or making her feel discouraged--even when she didn't quite get it yet. Their kindness, encouragement, and genuine care meant so much to us. Its rare to find a team so dedicated and compassionate. We are incredibly grateful and highly recommend them!
Dr. Lam & Dr. Parkins are both amazing optometrists. The equipment they have access to helps makes the process easy and relatively fast. They are thorough and explain the process and help get the most out of your optometric visit. The only improvement feedback I would give would be a better/optimized lens/frame purchasing experience and lens replacement experience. Have had to do both with my latest checkup and the process for picking lenses/frames is slow and convoluted and takes up most of the appointment time. Same with async office visits to fit new lenses to existing frames. I am not sure how you could improve it, but to say that that is the longest part of each visit it feels like this is an area of opportunity.
Very good techs and office staff , Dr. Lam was great and thorough with regard to my eye exam. Office has the latest in eye exam tech and I was pleasantly surprised with everything. Will definitely be coming back here for my glasses and contacts and future prescription exams.
