I have brought all my cars to Walmart auto center for the last five years. It’s convenient, easy, and I have never had issues. Recently I tried a new one and they refused to do my oil change. Accused this walmart for the cause. Mind you they had my car around 1.5 to 2 hours before they told me they couldn’t fix it. Regardless I came back to this Walmart center since this was my original and I loved it here. Michelle, Jordan, Ramon, Harley, and Nathan were all amazing. I felt like like they really cared about the issues I had and they wanted to correct it. They were kind, informative, and quick with my service! Thank you! Even my kids were impressed with the compassion shared by this team.

(Incident report filed, subject line was not long enough.) 7/11/26 @8:45 I am coming out of the parking lot of the GM entrance of this Walmart. Unidentified individual and this employee are coming towards my vehicle with a cart pusher machine. Unidentified individual is controlling the machine and employee is alongside them. They are both laughing as they become closer to my vehicle. Unidentified individual exclaims "I can't stop, I can't slow down" and then completely collide with the driver side of my car, taking the paint with it. He scrapes the ENTIRETY of the driver and left passenger side of the car. My mirror is pushed inwards and my car is scratched. I stop and the unidentified individual leaves the scene immediately while employee goes to get a team lead. I walk inside to start an incident report with a coach. Employee lies and says that he was controlling the machine. I am insisting that it was unidentified individual. He then says that his finger/hand was on some button that controls the stop of the machine. If this is the case, why not stop the machine when coming straight at a vehicle? Again, unidentified individual is in FULL control of the machinery and it is on camera. Employee later says that some high school buddy of his wanted to try the machinery. This is completely unacceptable, a liability, and a HUGE safety concern. Hopefully employee is reprimanded appropriately on his irresponsible decision to hand over company property to some random boy, and is retrained on how important it is to take caution while using MOTORIZED company property. Janna and a bearded coach/lead were very helpful and pleasant in mediating this issue throughout the entire process. Get a hold of your employees.
I bought a wahl hair cutting kit on December 17 and when I got back home and opened it I noticed that it was used before and there were some nasty hair on it . At the same time attachment cut guard bag was ripped opened and taped up to close it again. It was the last box on the shelf for that item. I can not believe that the largest retail company in the world selling used dirty items to the customers as a new item.
Now, I really like this Walmart. Clean, courteous staff, very helpful and nice. Staff was very patient and took their time, no rushing you out of the way. I'll be back to this Walmart for sure. Handicap access with mobility scooters available.
I recently had all four TPMS sensors replaced at Walmart. The technicians themselves were kind, patient, and clearly trying their best. I could see they were putting in effort and even trying to troubleshoot the issue, and I truly appreciate that. However, the overall experience was frustrating because the issue was not resolved after multiple visits. We first came in to have the tires installed, and then had to return on Sunday, Monday, and again on Tuesday because the TPMS system was still not working properly. What was most disappointing was that during all of these visits, no supervisor or manager ever came out to speak with us, explain what was going on, or help ensure the issue was fully resolved. After multiple trips and still no solution, we ended up going to another tire shop, where the problem was fixed quickly. Again, I want to emphasize that the technicians were polite and doing their best, but better communication, follow-through, and involvement from management would make a big difference in the customer experience.
