Greeted at the door by super friendly staff. Moved to the waiting room and checked out the nice variety of glasses. After a short wait, I was checked out with the most modern tech equipment. I was very surprised at the futuristic machines. Then Dr. Reid took me in the “normal” or traditional-type office for further examination. Everyplace was clean and neat. He is easy to talk to and doesn’t treat you like just another patient. He offered options after a thoughtfully explained summary of the visit. At the front desk they are helpful and again offered options. It was a very nice visit.

Dr. Reid Saito is the Best Eye Doctor on Oahu. He has all of the latest technology for testing. His staff is also wonderful and very helpful. On top of being very friendly Doc Saito really takes his time to make sure your exam is as thorough as it can be. See you next year for my annual checkup! Seeing these colors clearly makes all of the difference in the world

When it comes to eye care, see Doctor Reid Saito. He and his staff are amazing. Comprehensive exam where you are told what to expect, given clear directions and straight forward explanations/options. He’s a good listener and cares about what you think and want. I never felt rushed. They are all proficient and personable. Highly recommend by Josie DeLa Cruz. A song comes to my mind “Simply the Best!”

I am very satisfied with the overall experience. The staff and Dr. Saito are all very accommodating and friendly. There are tons of frames to choose from and the staff happily helped me select the frame that most suits me. I just cant wait to receive my new pair of glasses.

Dr. Saito and his team are absolutely fantastic! From the moment you walk in, the staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. They run right on schedule and are always prompt, which I really appreciate. The entire experience is smooth and efficient, and you can tell they truly care about their patients. Highly recommend Dr. Saito to anyone looking for excellent care and outstanding service!
