had my eye done at Walmart Keeaumoku, and my eye doctor recommended me this glasses place. super convenient and the owner is very friendly and super fast his work. I got to see what frames I need and he got it done. they do take insurance but it depends on what type of insurance you if they covered vision. Unfortunately my insurance don’t cover vision but they price is nice compare for a first timer.

This place is amazing! I came here from the good reviews and a quick google search. I had some Chloe glasses that needed different prescription lenses and in literally less than 30 minutes , I got them perfectly sized to my face, added blue light, and it’s now a perfect pair I wear all the time. The office is conveniently located and easy to find. the staff there are incredibly kind and caring. The man that helped me even showed me my glass lenses before and after and the blue light protection and gave me a free eyeglass case. He was so nice and professional and knowledgeable. I am so impressed and will recommend to my friends. Thank you Seoul Optics!

If you're in a hurry to get prescription glasses in Honolulu, Seoul Optical is absolutely the best. I was going on a trip and needed progressive glasses with my new prescription. In 6 days the glasses were ready and they were perfect!!

Someone sat on my glasses I bought in Japan from Jins and I was crushed. It was my only pair of progressive lenses and my absolutely favorite. The temple hinge had cracked off the main frame part and I took my glasses to Costco optical, LensCrafters, Jins in California and they all couldn't fix it. Jins USA couldn't even fit my old lenses in any of their frames because Jins USA is completely different stock from Jins Japan. I took my broken frame to Paris Miki Ala Moana because they sell Japan frames but they were not helpful and couldn't help me. I know I'm not the first person this has happened to so I was disappointed I couldn't find anyone to fix my glasses. I just include this part so you can avoid all the trouble and just come here if you have a similar problem. SEOUL OPTICAL is on the 12th floor in the Pacific Guardian Tower, which is next to Walmart across Makaloa. They open at 9am. It's not facing the street or in a shopping center so you have to go looking for it. Kenny is the optician and speaks both Korean and English and was extremely helpful and told me he can't fix the broken temple hinge but he did have some frames that would fit my lenses! He immediately showed me a few frames and I was out of there in 10 minutes with my new glasses. My new frames are made in Korea, they are even lighter than my Japan frames, and the nosepads are not the clear silicone ones that turn green after a while, they are silver and so cool. My frames were $150 which is a great price compared to Costco/Lenscrafters and because they are made in Asia, fit my face better than any American brand frames I own. Even if you're not Asian, I highly recommend this place for your optical needs, he does carry US name brand frames too, but the frames made in Asia are far superior and cheaper than a trip to Japan/Korea.

Kenny was awesome. I brought my prescription in for glasses. I picked out a pair of ray bans, he said come back in 1.5 hours. Or he would text. Within half hour glasses were ready. VSP insurance is out of network, so I paid cash upfront. VSP will send a reimbursement check. Had large inventory on hand of all kinds of glasses for any budget. Excellent service. Very professional with tru aloha. Thank you Kenny. See you next time!!! Can park inside building. Free with validation from Kenny. Parking lot elevator will take you to building lobby on ground floor. From ground floor lobby you will take the building elevators. Go to 12th floor. Located in the back of hallway.
