We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Vision World! Dr. G was incredible- so patient, kind, and attentive with my son, making him feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. The entire staff went above and beyond to make our experience exceptional. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful, especially while my son was choosing his glasses. A special shout-out to Stacey, Ira, and Mitch for their outstanding customer service, kindness, and patience. They truly made the experience memorable. From start to finish, everything was amazing. Thank you all for such a fantastic experience, we couldn't be happier!

My entire family has been going to Vision World for many years, and we have always received exceptional care from Dr. Gendal. He is professional, knowledgeable, and thorough, taking the time to answer questions and ensure that we receive the best possible treatment. All the doctors in this practice are wonderful. The front desk staff is equally outstanding—friendly, helpful, and efficient. They always make the experience smooth and pleasant. It's rare to find a practice that consistently provides such high-quality care and excellent customer service. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a trusted optometrist for themselves or their family.

5 stars are not enough. It's always a pleasure to go to Vision World for my eye exam. The staff and Dr. Gendal are always so friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. It's like being with family. They also have an amazing selection of eye wear. I highly recommend this office for your eye care.

This was actually my second visit to Vision World for an eye exam. The young lady at the reception desk was cheerful and polite. I had an appointment but there was a short wait until I was called in to see the doctor. I was seen by Dr. Reese who I found to be quite caring and thorough. Her “bedside” skills were excellent and her concern was evident throughout my visit. What I did not appreciate though was my interaction with the person at the eyeglass counter. I found him to be very gruff and impatient, to the point where I felt I was being bullied into a purchase right then and there. He kept repeating, “If you don’t use it, you’ll lose it” in reference to my insurance benefits. Now I don’t know if he’s like that with everyone but it was NOT okay with ME.

I came to Dr Gendal for annual check up and was pleased with level of attention. Doctor and his staff spent good hour checking my eyes and helping to set strategy. Earlier I had similar appointment and it lasted 10 min. Difference was significant. My son and my husband separately went to dr Gendal and appreciated his professionalism and feeling that you trust this doctor. Also, the medical office is located together with optical store where customers can order glasses. My son earlier ordered glasses at Costco and wasn’t happy. After ordering glasses at dr Gendal’s store glasses were much better. I will order my glasses there as well, even they are more expensive. I recommend doctor Gendal and his optical store.
