This marks my first visit to this particular Reliant Medical facility. The building, both its interior and exterior, along with the surrounding grounds, appear to be meticulously maintained and updated. The interior design is aesthetically pleasing and well-executed. The waiting areas are consistently clean and comfortable. Regrettably, due to the nature of this being my initial visit, I am unable to provide more extensive details. However, my observations from the first to the fourth floor have consistently reflected a high standard. The entire staff, including both administrative personnel and medical professionals, demonstrated exceptional friendliness, professionalism, and helpfulness. I confidently recommend this location for medical treatment. It is a commendable establishment.

I had an MRI at the Neponset St Worcester location last week at 7 in the morning. I was greeted by Vivian and she was so upbeat and business-like; clearly explained what to expect and efficiently collected necessary insurance information. I sat down to wait to be called by the MRI technician and while waiting observed her interaction with several other patients and saw the same courtesy and helpfulness continue with each one. It's not often one sees such a top notch employee and I just wanted to make sure your organization was aware that you certainly have one!!
I absolutely love Reliant Medical. I have had my primary, Dr Ye Li, for over 6 years. She takes the time to listen and is thorough when you have an appointment. She does video appointments too for questions, minor illnesses, and to catch up on your care and changing medical history. I've moved 30 miles away and she is WELL WORTH the drive to keep her as my primary. Highly recommend this facility. They have many specialty practices her too.
Dr Daines in an incredible doctor which is the only reason I am leaving 2 stars. The management of the practice is absolutely abysmal. This is the 4th ophthalmologist I have seen in my life and the ONLY office that requires testing to be done in a separate visit than the doctors appointment. Since I need to be seen every 6 months, I have 4 appointments per year. I am a mother who works full time. I can’t take all of that time off of work. They consistently reschedule testing appointments but do not call to let you know. They just send a letter via snail mail letting you know they changed your appointment without talking to you to see if the new appointment date works for you. When you call and tell them the new date doesn’t work for you, they push you out another month or 2. The check in process at the kiosk is awful. Nearly every single time it tells me there’s an error and I need to go see a human. If you go to the human first they give you an attitude and tell you to go to the kiosk. I check in on mychart so there is no reason there should be an error. I was told I need to reschedule my appointment today while I was in the office because no one told me I need to be dilated before the appointment. I didn’t have a ride home prepared since I was unaware they would need to dilate me today. Instead of rescheduling my appointment, I walked up to the checkout desk and filled out the paperwork to transfer my records to another facility.
I am never had anything but amazing service and care at any of the Reliant facilities, and by any of the medical personnel there. The facilities are absolutely spotless. Whoever is responsible for cleaning them deserves a lot of recognition.
