Reliant Medical Group – Westborough (IN Style Optical)

I wanted to take a moment to recognize Nicole and Ridha, nurses from Adult Medicine in Westborough, for their exceptional kindness and care. After I had a fall the evening prior, I stopped in for scheduled bloodwork—Then, without an appointment for any additional care, I walked down to Adult Medicine. Despite their busy schedules, Nicole and Ridha took the time to briefly see me and rewrap the areas where I was injured. Their willingness to step in and help without hesitation truly went above and beyond. It was an act of genuine compassion that made a meaningful difference, and I am incredibly grateful. Please pass along my sincere thanks and appreciation to both of them—they represent the very best of patient care. -Ari

Absolutely irresponsible team. Reliant Westborough changed my wife's PCP without any notice. The PCP they put left reliant and suddenly they cannot accept any appointment or schedule specialist for her. When asked, they were asking her to check her PCP in other hospital they can't do any help. This is the place my wife consulted for several years, and they drop a patient just like that. I was able to call another Reliant Worcester and fix her an appointment within two weeks with a new PCP with no issues. Westborough Reliant does not do any additional effort or care to take care of their patient. At one point they even asked us to check with UMASS or St Vincent for PCP. When you work at a hospital why would you ask patient to go check PCP with other hospital? Its totally crazy! With all the bills paid on time for all these years, no respect or consideration for patients just baffles me.

Hands down the ABSOLUTE WORST adult medicine or primary care you could possibly have. You WILL NOT be able to see your primary doctor unless you want to book out 2-3 weeks at a time they also allow not only your primary care doctor but also the NP to both leave for multiple weeks at time. The most unprofessional, USELESS "care team" you can get! If you do book an appointment there's a good chance you should call to confirm because chances are they are going to "forget" to actually book the appointment. Please do yourself a favor and avoid at all costs!!

I arrived at the clinic in Westborough a few minutes late because of roadworks and the road closure. When I asked to see the doctor, they flatly refused, saying there were other patients, even though the clinic was empty. This made me feel very upset and resentful of them and the way they treated me, and therefore I will look for a different clinic.Very very very bad customer service

I have been coming to the Westborough location for more than a decade. It has always been a wonderful experience. Everyone is super friendly and I am seen on time. Lab and radiology being in the same building is so helpful.
