Dr Patel was great. Efficient and non intrusive exam, she listened carefully and the whole team was both professional, resource minded and agile. I got two pair of glasses ordered for what I normally spend on one and they are looking into prescription swim goggles that I know I will appreciate. Thank you!
The Hopkinton office was a great experience. Dr. Adams is a fantastic optometrist. His staff was friendly and established my new patient account quickly. His exam was thorough, and I feel confident in his findings.
Had the best experience at this office! they are a new location in the area but give the best customer service experience I have ever had at an eye doctors office! From the front desk to the optical shop to the doctor! 5 star experience all the way around! If you are in the Hopkinton area, I’d definitely give this place a try!
Got my eye exam here for the first time. Then left without choosing new glasses with the updated prescription as I was pressed for time. I was pressed for time as there was a glitch with their software as they did not have me scheduled for an appointment. I pulled up the email that told me I was all set for an appointment. After having to manually update all my info, the doctor did agree to see me but there was also no one else waiting. Then after driving over to get glasses and they were closed, I made a phone call and find out they only open Tuesdays and Thursdays. Which is not very convenient and not what the website says.
Wonderful experience at Boston Eyes in Hopkinton! I had such a fantastic visit at the Hopkinton office. Dr. Patel was incredibly knowledgeable — she instantly knew exactly what my eyes needed and made me feel completely confident in my care. From the moment I walked in, Emilee at the front desk was so welcoming and kind. Keri, the optical manager, was amazingly patient and helpful as I looked through their huge selection of beautiful eyeglass frames. I was honestly overwhelmed because every pair was amazing, and she made the process enjoyable and stress-free. Thank you to the entire team for such a wonderful experience. I will definitely be returning to the Hopkinton office!
