I’ve been receiving care from this dental office for almost a year now, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Dr. Shanti Kandala is an outstanding professional, gentle, attentive, and truly dedicated to her patients comfort and well-being. Her assistant, Sandra, is always kind, welcoming, and very attentive, which makes every visit even more pleasant. Darla at the front desk is also wonderful, friendly, organized, and always ready to help with a warm smile. Together, they make an amazing team, they provide exceptional dental care.

Holly Therien She is wonderful and did a great job on my teeth today. She was incredibly attentive, gave me lots of tips on how to take care of them at home, and performed a fantastic cleaning! So grateful.

After 24 days, 19 calls (40+min), 2 visits to the office I was able to schedule an exam. It's impossible to talk to the referral/scheduling department. Really frustrating. Will change clinics, I can't deal with them anymore.

Went in for a procedure the other day and showed up a few minutes before my appointment due to my ride taking me to the wrong place. The dentist assistant started scolding me in Spanish which I don't speak about wanting to finish the appointment quickly then one of the two (assistant or dentist) applied excessive pressure to my face which I think caused some nerve damage. A tooth unrelated to the procedure has been throbbing nonstop affecting my sleep, and my face is swollen from said pressure. The people in Edward Kennedy at the Worcester location are far more gentle and kind. I'll either find a new dentist or make the voyage to the nicer location from now on. 👎
