Resolution Eyecare Tech Ridge

First time being here for my eyes dilation/yearly check up. Kelly Zhu & Tessa were very friendly, educational on my questions and professional. Very clean and comfortable place as well. I highly recommend to come here. They also have a dry eye specialist which is amazing.

Very clean and professional! The staff are were very kind and timely. Dr. Matsumoto was very thorough and great to talk to! He’s also fluent in Japanese for those who are interested. I got a quick and easy eye exam for glasses and contacts that was affordable and a pleasant experience overall! Will definitely go back!

I don't typically write reviews, but I felt I had to for this place. This was my first time ever going to a new eye doctor besides my same one I've had since I started wearing glasses 16 or so years ago, and I had a great experience! Everyone on staff is very nice and super helpful! I spoke to Shawn on the phone and he was easy to talk to and set the appointment up fast and they were also good about texting for updates and check-ins for it. There patient benefits coordinator, Asia, helped through a text with ensuring my insurance was put in properly so I got the best possible coverage and came across super sweet, but professional. Upon arrival Joanna helped me to start and took me back to do some eye scans and tests (everything felt very comfortable). Then the doctor came in, Kelly Zhu, and she was also very sweet and went through everything seemlessly. She answered all questions I may have had and made the experience easy. Overall the entire staff was amazing and very personable, I would definitely recommend to give them a try!
