I am a new patient at ADC and I am happy to say it was a very pleasant experience. Everyone was courteous and helpful. Dr. John Wang took his time with me and offered up ways to improve my quality of sleep. He was very pleasant and patient and thorough.

I had a great experience at Austin Diagnostic Clinic – North Clinic. The doctor was knowledgeable, attentive, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. The staff was welcoming, professional, and made the entire visit smooth from check-in to check-out. Everyone was friendly and genuinely cared about providing excellent patient care. I truly appreciated the positive experience and would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality medical care.

Dr Ilangovan is amazing, professional, personable, caring and knowledgeable. She asked insightful questions in order to get a full understanding and work on an effective care plan. Our first visit wasn’t rushed, she paid attention to the history information to put pieces together. Highly recommend her. The office is very efficient once you are there, but I personally had a hard time getting through via phone. Hope they get more help in the front office to make it easier for the team.

We saw Howard Baadi today and he was very helpful. He and his staff listened to our needs. We had an X-ray done. The staff was kind and I was pleased with my experience here. Thank you for taking us at the last minute and making us feel listened to. Our primary care doctor did not have X-ray service. Glad we came.

I have been seeing providers at ADC since I moved to Austin in 1980. I have been getting medical treatment from a particular internist for about 5 years since the previous one had had chosen left the clinic. We have had a fairly good relationship though with many communnication problems; she has a thick accent, perhaps South Asian, which I have great difficult understanding partly because I am hard of hearing. She is very pleasant to work with and I had not had any significant previous problems. She agreed to prescribe a medication for me which was not covered by my Medicare Advantage Plan as a State of Texas Retiree. I self-paid for this medication for over a year, at a cost of $450 to $505 per month. July 20 2026, I received notification from the drug manufacturer that this medication was now available to me for $50 per month ( about 10% of what paying out-of-pocket was costing me) if I qualified. I would requite a new prescription from my Internist because of a required change in type of delivery. I met with my Internist and she did acknowledge that I was qualified to receive the same drug in this new delivery form and sent a valid prescription for me to my pharmacy. Because the new prescription required a different delivery method and was only ~10% of the cost of the old delivery method. I would have filled the prescription for the older delivery device at the much higher price about July 20. My last dose of his medication (using the older delivery method and paying out-on-pocket)was July 17, 2026. I have noticed some deterioration in my condition and a significant increase in pan since then. On August 1, my pharmacy received the new prescription for the same drug that my internist had been prescribing for at least a year (but in the old delivery method.) My pharmacy has explained to me several times that they cannot fill this new presription until my internist provides them an assigned Precertification Authoriztion. According to the Medicare Drug Program: Prior authorization and pre-claim review are similar, but differ in the timing of the review and when services can begin. Under prior authorization, the provider or supplier submits the prior authorization request and receives the decision before services are rendered.
