Dr. Huynh saw my son for an urgent corneal abrasion, and I’m incredibly grateful for the care she provided. She was patient, kind, and compassionate throughout the entire visit and even followed up with us afterward. My son was definitely not the easiest patient to examine, but she handled him with so much patience and understanding. I feel very lucky that she was willing to see him on such short notice and truly appreciate the exceptional care she gave him!

I had a great experience at this location! From the moment I walked in, everyone was friendly and welcoming. A special shoutout to Sarah C. at the front desk, she was incredibly helpful and made the check-in process seamless. The staff took the time to explain everything during my eye exam, which I really appreciated. The whole process was easy and efficient, I was taken back quickly with minimal wait time. The location is also very convenient. I really enjoyed my visit and would highly recommend Mann Eye Institute to anyone looking for a smooth, pleasant eye care experience!

I am a very happy patient of the Mann Eye Institute in North Auston, on Braker Lane. My cataracts had advanced to the point that I could not drive at night, prescription glasses did not correct my vision, and colors were muted and pale behind the haze over my eyes. After being referred to Mann Eye Institute, I was seen for the initial consultation. Dr. Tremblay made the determination that I was a good candidate for the procedures and was optimistic that my vision could be improved. I opted for the Premium lens replacement. The procedures were performed one week apart with my right eye being addressed first. Each procedure was quick and efficient. The staff were professional and courteous, allaying any nervousness I felt with the process. I have completed the healing time for my right eye and have one more week to go on my left eye. The follow-up visit with the referring office went great. The doctor there said that he was pleasantly surprised with my improved vision and that my improvement was much better than expected. I give credit to the staff and surgical team at Mann Eye Institute. I cannot recommend Mann Eye Institute any higher. Every interaction with the team there was pleasant and respectful, with a level of professionalism that should be found at every medical provider office. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely focused on helping me find the best solution for my vision needs. The opticians took the time to thoroughly explain my options, making sure I felt comfortable and confident in my choices. Their knowledge and attention to detail really stood out, and I never felt rushed or pressured. The selection of frames was fantastic, and they helped me pick something that fits both my style and comfort perfectly. The entire process with the optical unit was smooth and efficient. First of all, everyone I interacted with at Mann Eye from my first visit to my last was friendly, helpful and willing to answer all of my questions. My day of surgery, Kendall welcomed me and was so funny, helpful and high spirited. She kept a light hearted vibe and made the experience so chill and comfortable. During my procedure, Dr Tremblay and his team kept it very professional but also light and comfortable. I can not say enough how amazed I am with the whole process and I couldn’t be happier with the results.
