Great Hills Eye Care

Utterly outstanding eye care. Technically they have modern equipment and they know how to use it to get you the exact prescription you need. The process to check in is incredibly quick. The wait for me (2 visits over the last 2 years) has been effectively zero wait. The staff is beyond friendly; better than checking into a 5 star hotel (seriously!). My appointments have been quick. And if you have a Costco card, or just want to pop in for a quick and cheap bite, well that is right there (literally, to your right as you walk out the door to walk into the main Costco door). Finally: Dr Monica Do is a treasure. Friendly, so upbeat, so NOT trying to sell you a darned thing, just there doing her job perfectly and efficiently with a smile. I just wish all other medical related offices could be 1/2 as good. 5 of the strongest stars possible, and this is coming from a somewhat old cranky guy :-).

From the minute I arrived, I had a wonderful experience. Dr.Do was excellent, was able to reassure me and was very informative. The font office staff was also very knowledgeable and explained everything I was doing (test-wise). I highly recommend them and have already started recommending them to family.

I had an excellent experience with Alex at reception over the phone today. She went completely above and beyond to help me and was incredibly patient, kind, and professional throughout the entire call. It’s not often you come across someone who genuinely cares about helping people the way Alex does. She took the time to make a call for me and found someone that can help me, she also apologized for me being given the run around by other businesses, and turned what has been a stressful experience that has been going on for quite a few weeks into a very positive experience and she did it in just 5 minutes. Outstanding customer service and such a great representative for the office. Thank you, Alex!

I have recommenderd Great Hills Eye Care to my Mueller Neighborhood neighbors for more than 10 years. And I'm selective about medical care. Great Hills has the most professional tracking of visual field accuity, pre-macular degeneration testing, accurate contact lens fitting, knowledge of when it's time for cataract surgery. It's so convenient, located near Costco north on Research Boulevard. Plus Great Hills is efficient and well connected to eye specialists--so much gets done so quickly. Small & Personal. A relief to get my yearly eye care there.

I trust Dr. Monica completely with my eye care. She explains everything clearly, has a great spirit, and makes every visit pleasant. What really showed her character was when I called after a head injury — she told me to come in immediately and fit me in without delay. That level of compassion is rare. She is a truly excellent Therapeutic Optometrist.
