Worst eye care facility I have been to in the Austin area. They made us wait for 1 hour even when we reached on time for the appointment, didn’t clearly explained the charges upfront, we were there for regular eye checkup and they did comprehensive checkup which lead to additional charges which were unexpected and uncalled for. This facility doesn’t believe in fair practices and it is so disappointing. Won’t recommend!

Dr. Matthews was great once again for my annual eye exam. He is so informative, friendly and kind. He truly takes an interests in his clients well-being. I would definitely recommend anyone to go see Dr. Matthews for their next eye exam.

I have been getting eye exams and wearing glasses/contact lenses since I was a child. This was by far the smoothest, most trouble-free exam that I have gotten in that time (20+ years). Doctor Matthew zoned right in on my prescription and he and his staff are all very sweet, helpful people. He was also able to fix a bad-fitting contact prescription that I had from a previous exam. Highly recommend, I will definitely be back.
