The eye exams are always quick and professionally done and every time I've had an issue with my lenses it's always resolved timely. In addition, their opticians and support staff are very pleasant and friendly to work with and have gone above and beyond. I'd like to thank Valan for helping me fix an issue with my frames and answering all my optometry related questions.
Dr Mike and staff are wonderful! They never rush you and want to make sure you are comfortable with what you are seeing. They take the time to explain each step of the process during the examination. I have even gone to them for an eye scrape and pink eye. Always leave satisfied with the service, friendliness and billing. I recommend their services as often as I can!
They are so personable & great, front desk to tech to Doctor! They truly care about the patient/person & answer all questions. This is why I've been going to McCormick for 30 years! Highly recommend!
I can't say enough good things about McCormick Vision Source! I've been seeing Dr. Scotty for my last 2 visits and he is great! He explains everything so well and walks me through my options when it comes to my eye health and choosing contacts that will work for me. He's super nice and I can tell he genuinely cares.
I cannot recommend anyone buy glasses here. The staff must have huge incentive to upsell as I was subjected an astounding amount of gaslighting and obfuscation about what I was buying. I don't think it is a single individual either as my wife experienced a similar issue on her last visit, but not quite as bad. The sales staff on my visit obscured various optional upgrades that were being added to my quote. The individual never produced a simple no frills quote for me that did not include something unrequested, like anti-glare, eyezen, blue filter, etc... After politely asking three times, I left and never learned what the price would be without enhancements. I have been a customer for about two decades and found they do a solid job of getting my RX correct. However, even on that front, a previous optional test not typically covered by insurance is no longer optional (not really a big deal in itself as it is called out in advance, but you see that it is part of a trend). Make sure you leave with a copy of your prescriptions.
