They have zero respect for your time. Even when you schedule an appointment, it routinely takes over an hour before the doctor actually sees you. When you ask the receptionist for an update, they act annoyed. It’s especially disappointing because they predominantly serve people of color—this community deserves far better than this. On top of that, they rarely call with test results; I always have to follow up myself.

I Went To Bowie Facility For 4 Years Annually Checkup & 2 Times More Because I Had Abdominal Pain And Spend Whole Night At Emergency, MAIN COMPLAIN IS SHE NEVER CALL ME BACK AND TOLD ME ABOUT MY HEALTH ISSUE IF I HAD OR NOT!My Last Year Visit Was 14th Of February 2025 & She Told Me Very First Time That My Cholesterol Level Is High And I’ll Call You Back For Some Diet & Exercise Tips To Control It But She Never Call Me Back. Now I Went There For Annually Checkup Again On 22nd Of April 2026 Like Every Time They Check My Weight, Blood Pressure, Took Urine & Blood Samples As Well Plus I Mentioned That I Had Sewer Pain On My Right Heel That I Can’t Even Walk & She Send Me For X-Rays Then She Scheduled An Virtual Appointments On 6th Of May 2026 At 4:10PM But Never Reached Me Out! Since Yesterday I Am Trying To Reach Them Out But Nobody Is Talking To Me Properly They Just Making Lame Excuses And Stuff! I CANNOT WALK PROPERLY SHE HAD MY REPORTS LIKE ALL THE TIME BUT NEVER DISCUSSED MY HEALTH ISSUES WITH ME TOP OF THAT ACCORDING TO HER I HAD CHOLESTEROL PROBLEMS FOR A YEAR BUT SHE IS NOT EVEN BOTHERING HERSELF TO TELL ME ABOUT ANYTHING! What Kind of Facility & DOCTOR She Is? Is My Life Worthless For Her? This Is Totally Unprofessional Unacceptable Un Humanity Behavior I Am Going To Call My Insurance To Change My Doctor I Don’t Trust Them Anymore!

I used to appreciate the care I received at this doctor’s office, but my recent experience has changed my perspective. When I came in with a cut that needed a quick check, I was asked to book an appointment instead of receiving immediate assistance. Working in the culinary field, I sometimes get cuts that require professional attention, so I rely on prompt, urgent care services for situations like these. Although I value the services you typically offer at Lily Associates, it felt dismissive to be given only a Band-Aid without anyone taking a proper look at my wound. I believe we can do better in providing compassionate, timely care for patients, especially for quick, minor injuries that still need medical attention.

I got here seven minutes after my scheduled appointment, it took me 20 minutes (in the blistering cold) to find the building the Richard Lilly clinic was in. There is no sign or anything that says that the Richard Lilley clinic is in one of the four buildings that look almost identical. The four buildings there look almost exactly the same for anyone that goes for the first time, you will have a hard time finding which building you’re supposed to walk to. After I found the office in the building, they told me I need to reschedule my appointment because I past the “15 minute grace period” since I had to walk 20 minutes to find the right building. To note: while I was looking for the building, I called the main customer service line and they tried to forward me to the front desk to help me find the building and no one answered (I found out from the main customer service that I was supposed look for a building number which I later discovered was in the address, but it was easily overlooked in my situation since I used a GPS to get here which I am sure 99 percent of people would use to get to where they need to go for the first time, which doesn't really specify which building you should park near. Again, this all could of been more simple to just have a sign outside that simply states what offices are in the building). This is absolutely ridiculous, it’s already difficult enough to find the time to go to an appointment, and when you do, you can’t find where the clinic is? The front desk lady that was there was not sympathetic about the situation as well as her co worker; I was very upset and frustrated but I kept my demeanor as I was trying to reschedule. I told the lady working there that there should be a sign outside the building that says that they are located in that specific building so people that come here the first time don’t walk around the parking lots for 20 minutes to find the building and end up missing the appointment. Completely unacceptable. Also the parking here is confusing and you can easily park in the wrong spot and get your car towed.

I’ve been going to this office for sometime now and I was always told that yearly physicals are free, no co-pay no nothing. Why am I getting a bill in the saying that I owe $25 for my physical this isn’t the first time it happened the first time I let it slide but this time it’s getting ridiculous. I will not be paying $25 for a physical that’s supposed to be free. I don’t know what the $25 is but to me it just seems like you guys are scamming and I don’t like it. I tried to call Billing to see why I was getting charged. They never called me back and as I’m sitting here trying to get in contact nobody’s picking up the phone.
