*Overcharged by $200 *Artificial google reviews *Shady practices 👇🏽👇🏽👇🏽 I was charged over $200 on top of my annual eye exam. Very disappointed with the lack of transparency here. I went in for a routine eye exam, as I have been doing for the past five years with no billing issues, and this year I was given two additional tests that were separately billed and not covered by my insurance. I was never told these were additional charges and never knowingly consented to them. When I asked why, I was simply told, “We do those tests on everyone.” They did not do those additional diagnostic services in my previous appointments.🧢 I would have appreciated being given the choice BEFORE the tests were performed, not finding out when the bill arrived. Surprise charges are not transparency. AND they really force patients to make 5 star reviews while being treated. Lots of shady and unethical practices at this facility. There are better places out there. AVOID THIS PLACE!

Very thorough and moves quickly. Dr. Elwishahi takes very good care of my eyes. The staff treats me like family thank you Roz and all. I highly recommend Eye Center of Hawaii

Excellent my wife and I have been coming here over 10 years and they take care of everything from my diabetes to my glasses. The doctors are very caring and the staff are all great.

Great service in Waipahu office with Dr Elwishahi and Cass. Only issue is we can't pay our bills and co-payment with cash. They should accept cash payments
