I felt Dr. Choi did a thorough examination and did an excellent job of explaining my situation. Everyone was really nice. The office was very crowded and I had to wait awhile but they were able to fit me in.
Dr. Philip Lieu was very compassionate and understanding. Took time to answer all of my questions and was a great listener. He was knowledgeable and competent. Thank you for taking care of me!
My experience with Dt, Reinecke has been very positive, He always appears happy and inviting. He explained everything for the surgery and what to Exocet during the time the gas bubble is present. He listens to your questions and concerns and will give you a direct answer, I would highly recommend this Dr. to anyone having a macular hole repaired. The office staff is exceptional and the wait time is very short. If you want a positive experience this is the retina specialist to contact.
Dr Choi is a compassionate, engaged, knowledgeable and confident Doctor. I've had a positive experience for the duration of my treatment from pre-op to post-op. He takes the time to answer my questions and concerns. Does an excellent job explaining what needs to happen and what's happening. Retina Specialist has an excellent staff and they keep things moving and always pleasant.
Everyone is really nice, they answer all my questions and have great patience. Dr Choi sets the tone for his office. He is rare. He actually cares about his patients! I recommend Dr. Choi highly.
