Revision Optometry

As a first time patient, ReVision gets an easy recommendation for me. I had a great experience and left appreciating the entire staff for their friendliness, knowledge, and professional care. ReVision also has great frame selection, its definitely worth checking them out! I had a very thorough eye exam from the nicest staff member. Dr. Chou took the time to get an accurate prescription for my glasses, gave me advice to help maintain eye health, and had great bedside manner. And then I really appreciated Cindi for everything. She's so friendly and smart and helpful! She guided me through my options and rates based off my insurance and even handled a mix up I had with my insurance that was my fault but she took care of it with ease and no inconvenience to me. I had a great time shopping around and left excited about my new pair of glasses. 10/10 thanks

Wow! I’m 33 and haven’t had an eye exam since I was maybe 6 years old. I have pretty great vision overall but had a little trouble seeing at night and close up. The entire visit was smooth AND enjoyable! Everyone who works at the office was awesome and very helpful! I’m so excited for my first pair of glasses and would recommend this office to anyone!

I’ve been coming here for several years. I moved from Mission Valley two years ago, but every year I drive from Chula Vista to come to ReVision Optometry. Janet, Cindi and Lori are amazing. It’s always nice to go to a place where people recognize you acknowledge you and treat you with just human kindness. These ladies are the best when checking in and when checking out. They are helpful and very knowledgeable, not to mention they’re just friendly people. Dr. Chou is wonderful. He takes the time to talk to you and explain everything going on. Not to mention he’s a wonderful conversationalist. I love that I can come in sit down, spend time with him about my eyes as well as how things are going with me. You won’t go wrong coming to ReVision Optometry!

I was very impressed with everyone - they were friendly and efficient. I went to see about glasses and the exam I was given was very thorough as were the explanations by Dr. Chou. Recently I had the same "exam" at another local facility. The cost here was maybe 30% more but the exam was WAAAAAy more detailed. If I decide to get glasses I will absolutely return.

Every member if the team is wonderful and makes me feel important. Even the other clients are nice to each other! This is the best service ever! Dr Chou is so knowledgeable and very patient!
