This is the MOST difficult office personnel I've had the displeasure of calling. They argue with about dates of appts that CANNOT be correct, such as; I was advised that I cancelled an appt on MAR 20th, when my PCP did NOT see me until MAR 22th! Thus a referral could not have occurred until AFTER MAR 22th! I am requesting for a referral to another eye dr due to his rude staff. Unfortunate for Dr Stevens.

Dr. Stevens is awesome! He takes the time to explain your condition. He'll explain your treatment and answer your questions. Noelani, is very friendly, helpful and sweet.

Baffled at the previous posts. I find the office staff GREAT, very helpful & accommodating. Dr. Stevens saved my vision from shingles in the eye. I highly recommend him. Been seeing him for 2 years. -Renee/FilmCrew
