I highly recommend this practice. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and accommodating! The phone system that has recently been put into place is awful. When I called to switch my appointment, I had to wait 45 min, no answer. Called back and waited an hour and ten minutes until I reached someone.

Dr Lang was thorough, respectful and very professional. He is knowledgeable and I’m lucky to have him as my ophthalmologist. There is a problem with the front desk. I was on hold for a long time while I tried to make an urgent appointment. I waited an hour to be connected with a human to get an appointment. Unacceptable for patients to be treated like his! There should be another way to book appointments. A new system is needed for this practice. I made it clear on all of my several phone calls that I needed to be seen after a hospital stay. I was told that a staff member would call me back. Never happened! If Dr. Lang were not one of the providers, I would have left this practice.

Dr Lang has been my eye Dr for over 15 years and he’s kind and considerate I would recommend him to anyone looking for a good ophthalmologist. The eye institute however is difficult to navigate. I had a problem last year with my persistent dry eye condition and ended up having to go to another eye Dr better close down the entire week of Christmas! Then I couldn’t get in to see Dr Lang for a follow up after that.They made me see another optometrist in the building, I was not pleased.And it happened again a month later and again I couldn’t get in to see Dr Lang, had to go to yet another Dr. I think their way to over booked all the time. But I love Dr Lang.

The staff at the office on the Wampanog Trail is wonderful! They are very helpful, polite and professional. Dr. Lang is great! I’ve been under his care for a few years and he’s been a blessing. He explains things well and conveys a very caring attitude towards his patients.

It was my first visit and was treated professionally. Everyone was pleasant and very informative. Dr Ahmed was fantastic. He explained in depth all of the test results. I encourage people to go here.
