I have been going here for a few years to get my glasses prices are very good and service as well. The staff is very attentive to my needs. I had the need to stop by several times to adjust my glasses due to consistent removal from my face and them being loose. The staff is always quick to help. Thank you everyone.
The entire staff was exceptional! Lisa Kingsbury went out of her way to see both my husband and my own visit was a pleasant experience! She is wonderful and deserves recognition for her services rendered!! I wish I knew the name of the name of the MD who did my exam! I will request him for all my future appointments! I recently purchased two pairs of Nike glasses with graduated lenses. The prescription is perfect, the fit is comfortable and I really like the updated look. A shout out to Lisa who always provides outstanding customer service and is very accommodating in repairing my glasses after I’ve stepped on or sat on them. She is very knowledgeable and skilled in her work. I’ve been very pleased with Visionworks and I highly recommend them.
The store was clean, well stocked and the staff and doctor absolutely incredible. Best experience I’ve ever had at an eye doctor! 10/10 recommend. Also love this place is only 10min away! I’ve gone to many places over the years and this has been the very best experience!
The in store help was fantastic. The phone assistance was a nightmare. I was calling for 3 weeks to refil my Rx for contacts and I got no real life person. I was transferd from chat service many times, but never to the store needed only ti other cust service agents. And the A I. Was not helpful at all
