Dr Berman has to be the nicest, most caring and professional doctor in the medical profession today. His staff follow his example and I can only say incredible things about his practice.
My family and I have been coming here for five years. Dr. Berman is very thorough. Very nice. Super personable and takes time. No rush at all.
I asked for a progressive lens glasses. What I got was the glasses with lens with the peripheral sides on each lens blurry. I went there because my insurance was going to pay for it. I told them that it's blurry on each side of my lens that I have to turn right or left to see better. They told me I should have asked for one. I told them how am I supposed to know. The last glasses I got from Target were perfect...no blurry sides. I paid for the one from Target and wanted a second one as back-up in case the first one broke. I would rather pay at Target and get what I need and not one paid by my insurance that is useless. Thumb down.
Highest recommendation to Eye Dr. Richard Berman in Coral Springs. He is kind, respectful, and professional. Thorough and accurate exam. He surprised me by mailing me a full refund six months after my appointment. Dr. Berman included a personal note, that my insurance paid my bill. I appreciated his honesty.
Dr. Berman is amazing! I went for an eye exam/glasses for the first time, and he makes you feel like he really cares about you. Professional, friendly and knowledgeable, as is his staff. I really appreciate the time he took with my exam, will definitely be back.
