I spent 2 days trying to make an appointment. The front desk person rarely answers the phone and there is not a voicemail to leave a message. When I did get a person in the line, she was so rude and just transferred me to yet another number that just rang and rang . I called the 1-800 number for them and finally I booked the appt for Monday. Well, today , the office called to confirm my appt. And said they don't take Medicaid. Well, I got their number and name from Medicaid itself, she said they don't take Medicaid. So , a week later , I still don't have my exam or glasses. My advice, go to someone that cares about customers.

Bad Customer Service (Front Desk). Please teach your staff some listening skills and ask them not to hung up the phone on your potential customers.

Dr. Buck is the only eye Dr. who has gotten my glasses prescription correct. He listens to all of my eye problems .
