First time patient at this location. Upon first impression due to the area and for safety they do have a ringbell to unlock the door. the front desk receptionist was very nice as well as the tech. the waiting room and the office in general was clean still has that mid century vibes which i love and the appointment moves pretty smoothly. they do offer a variety of glasses if thats something youre looking for. the dr himself was very knowledgeable and attentive to any questions i had. overall the staff made me feel comfortable and im looking forward to my new glasses soon! also fyi parking can be tricky since its only street parking.

I had such a wonderful experience at Wilmington Eye Care! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the office itself was spotless and well-organized. There was a short wait, but everything moved along smoothly and I was in and out in a very reasonable amount of time. Dr. Luu was exceptional. He took the time to thoroughly address every concern I brought in, and his attention to detail, depth of knowledge, and genuine commitment to providing the best care really stood out. Having not grown up wearing glasses, I especially appreciated how balanced and thoughtful his input was. He walked me through all of my options and explained how each one could help my specific situation — at no point did I feel pressured or pushed toward anything I didn't need. I left feeling genuinely cared for and confident in the guidance I received. I'll absolutely be recommending Dr. Luu to my friends and family, and I can't thank him and the team enough for such a positive visit!

Excellent, friendly, patient and very helpful staff. They take the time to explain to you your options. The doctor too is very kind. He explains to you in detail your situation or condition and is very thorough. The doctor and staff make you feel welcomed.
