Had an appointment for 2pm. A lady they know apparently (they were talking like they were very close) came in 25 minutes after me. She got called back before me. 3pm and still not called back. Don't waste your time. Drive the extra 30 minutes to a place where your time and you matter as well. Their office needs some serious updates as well. The chairs were old and had butt prints in them and very wobbly.
Unfriendly and rude staff. I went there to order my babygirl glasses and they said that will take 1 week. After 3 weeks I Had to call them because they never called me. They said the glasses were there about two weeks and the said they didn't know what they had to do about it. If they don't know which else have to know how to do they work??? I hope I don't need to come back there again. I'm not recommending this place.
My 87 year old mother went there and all they did was dilate her eyes, then said you don't need glasses and charged her $80.00. She couldn't read the chart at all. They sent her money back then tried to bill her an additional fee. Needless to say none of us will be back. The woman in the office is very unprofessional and rude.
So far everything has been great at this office. Shane an holly Lawson will see y'all at 10:30 on the 15th . Next Friday .
