Richmond Eye Associates is clearly very well organized. Automated reminders are sent to help you remember your appointment. When you arrive at the office, you are greeted promptly. You are taken to a room at or before your scheduled appointment time. All the staff and physicians are very pleasant and courteous. The office has the latest technology to ensure that your exam is thorough. Caroline is knowledgeable, efficient, and very caring! She explains everything in easy-to-understand terms. I highly recommend Richmond Eye Associates!

I cannot say enough positive things about Richmond Eye Associates. Their staff is super friendly. Their equipment is state of the art. Doctor Bowman performed cataract surgery on me several years ago. I now see better than I have in my entire life. What a great team there! I highly recommend them for your vision care.

The staff was very welcoming. Caroline, my COA, was professional and knowledgeable, and gave clear instructions. Dr. Green was personable, informative, and respectful. Dina was excellent! She recognized my long drive, helped coordinate my appointments, and was thorough, and informative. I feel confident my surgery will be a success!
