These people are honestly so nice, amazing. I was having a hard time keeping my eyes open and they were very patient with me. Easy process, make an appointment, get your eye exam, and you can get your glasses within an hour. Ill always come back here.
The ABSOLUTE BEST total eye care experience from start to finish! Truly an HIDDEN GEM!!! Located directly beside Eyemart Express on Midlothian Turnpike. Everyone in the office showed genuine care, respect, and professionalism throughout the entire visit. The receptionist/patient care representative created such a welcoming atmosphere with her lively personality while effortlessly managing the phones and assisting patients coming in and out. You can truly feel the sense of family with every interaction. The technician was friendly, patient, and made each step of the initial exam comfortable and easy to understand. Last but certainly not least, the doctor was amazing — providing thorough insight, exceptional service, and a high level of knowledge and professionalism. The family atmosphere here is unmatched, and I will definitely be bringing my entire family here going forward! If you’re looking for fast, reliable, accurate service combined with an outstanding patient experience, this is absolutely the place to be!!!
10/10 would recommend! Literally writing this in the parking lot because that was the fastest eye exam I’ve ever had! On top of that the staff and Dr. Karimi were super nice and helpful answering all of my questions. Special shoutout goes to Rhiannon for the vibes!!!
I had a wonderful experience on my one year checkup today. The front desk were so uplifting happy and friendly to me. Back in the room the assistant was very friendly and nice and especially the doctor. The best I’ve ever had. I had a great visit went next-door and purchased three new pairs of glasses.
Visited on 4/9/26. Walked in. I was cordially treated with the utmost professionalism and courteous energy from check-in to departure. Minimum wait time and expedient service. I look forward to returning in 1yr. Wonderful team work. I was very comfortable. Thank you. God bless Riversight
