Never had a complaint about the dr (Dr Casey), she was always wonderful. Although the equipment always felt outdated. However, when I went for my exam last year I was charged a $50 copay on the way out because of my “astigmatism diagnosis” which I was never told had or charged for before. When I questioned it the tech came out (to the front desk) and explained it to me and said “sometimes we don’t tell people because they freak out”. I didn’t appreciate front desk staff giving me a diagnosis and the tech withholding medical info from me. This year I went to a different practice and was told I had the most minimal astigmatism possible and that it wouldn’t even be worth mentioning let alone charging the extra copay for. Happy I made the switch.
