The Ridgefield Family Eyecare office runs extremely smoothly and efficiently. Everyone is personable and professional. Dr. Simoncelli is excellent and explains everything completely. The office uses state of the art technology to monitor your vision and check for macular degeneration, retinal damage, etc.
I always receive excellent care at Ridgefield Family Eyecare. The staff is extremely professional and the office is immaculate. Highly recommend for you eye needs.
The office manager and tech were great. Can’t say the same about the doctor. Roseann Guglielmo was unprofessional and rude during the exam. She started off our initial interaction stating: “don’t you think it would have been a good idea to bring your previous prescription”. Funny thing is that I had it in my phone, but they had me take out my contacts so I could barely see anything at that point. The interaction continued to spiral into additional unprofessionalism and rudeness where I began to question her competency and whether I was going to get quality and proper care. I was hoping to find a new eye doctor, but I won’t be going back to this practice.
Everyone was so welcoming and friendly. I was especially thankful for their patience with my kids. The office was clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend!
