Staff were friendly and helpful. Doctor was honest that the prescription hadn't changed much and new lenses weren't truly necessary. Very timely, got me in and out quick. Also assisted with finding good frames and understanding pricing. Probably the best experience I have had at an eye doctor.
I had an eye injury and walked-in seeking care. The service was exceptional from the time I checked in and was roomed within 10-15min. Dr Ruelle and team took care of me immediately with compassion, urgency, and professionalism. They used top notch technology to assess the issue, provided medications, and scheduled a f/u appointment in 3 days to make sure I’m healing properly. I’m truly grateful for the outstanding care and highly recommend them to anyone needing expert eye care.
Customer service was great. But I didn’t want to pay their high prices for my glasses. Got my prescription and took it elsewhere to buy glasses. I was supposed to have progressives but this place wrote me a single vision script for type of progressives that only they can do. Now I’ve got new glasses that are useless and have to pay for new progressives. They are just after your money and are very overpriced. I feel misled and they were trying to force me into buying from them. Especially when I wasn’t informed about the extra cost for a test they did and that only they could create the lenses they prescribed.
I had been a patient of Dr Ruelle for several years. When he moved to a new practice at Ridgeview Eye Care I debated a long time whether to follow him or stay with the old practice with a new Dr. It was quite a bit farther for me, but I finally decided to check out Ridgeview. It did not disappoint. It's a beautiful facilty, professional and friendly staff, and I immediately felt welcomed. Just a good vibe upon walking in the door. Dr Ruelle is great as usual. He is easy to talk to and takes the time to answer all questions thoroughly. He never makes you feel rushed. So glad I decided to make the move.
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff!! Very clean and fast service!!! Budget friendly options didn’t have to spend a $600 on glasses!! Both mine and my daughters were covered by insurance and the guy helped us find one that was within $200/each and was fully covered!!
