It was my first time visiting your office. All the staff were very nice and professional. I love that the doctor was pleasant addressed all my concerns. I found him very knowledgeable and explained everything in depth regarding my vision. Thanks again.
This was my first time visiting. I have been with my last optometrist for over 20 years and decided I wanted a second opinion. I have to say, things went perfectly from the time I stepped in until the time I left. The environment was friendly and lively. Every process was explained in detail and I felt comfortable there. Not that I didn’t at my other place, but here felt different. I will definitely keep coming. And if you didn’t know, they are also part of the Veterans Community Care.
Office staff cordial. Assistant was fantastic. She took time and provided invaluable help with my insurance. Dr Hoffman extremely professional and took his time explaining the procedure. I didn’t feel rushed. I felt that he listened and he provided excellent care.
My first visit. Office staff very polite and professional, especially Ashley. I saw Dr Hoffman; he was very detailed about prognosis and listened to my concerns. This wasn’t a rushed drive/thru experience. I’ll be returning.
I rated my visit a four-star instead of a five-star due to not being greeted when I walked in. But to be fair, I noticed that it was customary when others walked in after me. I/we weren't greeted until we were at the front desk. Otherwise everything else was great!! The exam, the patience, knowledge and caring disposition of the Doctor; as well as, sitting and discussing my insurance and frames choices after my eye exam.
