Beware, fraudulent activities, my insurance company paid $200 & I paid$100 for glasses. I didn't receive my glasses from this optical store. This optical store do not abide by the insurance policy and other optical store policy. There is a 90 day exchange after pick at all other optical stores. There policy is THERE 90 days start at time of PURCHASE not PICK UP. Then they tried to insult my intelligence, by offering me a discount of $250.00 dollars in addition to the $300.00. Ha Ha Ha. I got $80.00 back when it should have been $100.00. United Health Care, they got your $200.00 & my 20.00. Always check the policy of small companies. Go to COSTCO what Riverdale Eyecare charge me $485.00 with my own frames. COSTCO total costs with my own frames $215.00. THANK YOU 😊
This place has amazing prices. My partner broke my glasses got a new frame and lenses for $125. The following week my son broke his glasses playing basketball they were able to switch the frames and keep the lenses for $60. Staff is incredible always friendly and knowledgeable of their products.
This office staff is amazing. Doctor was super informative, I've been wearing contacts for 9 years and learned more with just one visit. I would recommend this office to others!
This place is terrible. Dropped my frames off 4 months ago still no word, staff is rude, hours of operation are weird and work is slow needless to say. If 0 stars was a choice here
