Dr. Dye and his staff are professional, thorough and take time with each patient. They are friendly and organized, and go above and beyond to make visits stress free for the patient. Riverside Eye Center delivers unmatched professionalism. Highly recommend this practice!
Very disappointing experience with this office. They sent my bill to collections even though I had insurance coverage, and trying to resolve the issue has been a nightmare. Every time I called asking to speak with the billing department, the staff kept saying “they will call you back,” but nobody ever did for months. Extremely poor communication, unprofessional staff, and terrible customer service. Patients should not have to deal with collections because an office refuses to properly handle billing concerns. I do not recommend this office at all.
Dr. Scullion is phenomenal! She did my overall eye exam in September and got me a pair of glasses, and I recently saw her for a contact fitting. She is patient, kind and extremely knowledgeable. Makes the patient feel important and valued. Heard. The staff are all so helpful and kind as well!! Can’t recommend them enough!
Riverside Eye Center is the best eye center I've been to in 5 years. They are very respectful of your time and spot on with their glasses suggestions. This business is a great place to change to from your current eye center. Check them out!!
Very thorough exam, always on time. It is always a very pleasant experience. Dr. Dye discovered my mother's macular degeneration which led to quick care. Grateful.
