Be prepared yourself to stay there for 2+ hrs if you plan to visit. Not always, but more than half of my visit here was like that. Not particularly about this location but Optum requires e check in, and that is often makes a lot of trouble. Something’s not loading, payment doesn’t go through, or simply login issues. (I had to change the password 4 times at the location). And they don’t take you until you do e check in, and there is NO other way to check in. I took a 25 min to finish this stupid E check in then they say doctor left since I’m late to check in. Had to wait another doctor for another 35min. I admit that I was lazy and rely on this practice since it’s closer to me but I really need to find better pediatrics instead of this factory office. ##### Update We finally get in the room and talked to nurse; check the height and weight and they say doctor will be coming “shortly” That shortly took another 30 min. I lost all day and my sick kid was dying for bored. I ask when is doctors coming and they repeatedly say shortly. I’m so very done with this practice.

My daughter is 11 months, and this is the worst pediatrician she has ever seen! Do not recommend going to him. Is it normal for a baby to go see a pediatrician and for him to not even examine her? He didn’t even try to look at her. I said everything I needed to say. I went in for a visit, he didn’t even try to examine the baby, didn’t ask if she was taking any of the supplements that all babies should be taking. Nothing. And then I get a $250 bill for his incompetence. Dr name: Vincent.

I will never recommend this place for your child. The nursing staffs are awful. Please please please never ever visit. My child was administered vaccine in a wrong place. He had bruises and a huge bump and was not able to stand for 2 days.

Dr. Digna Rosario is the best doctor I’ve come across. Ever since my daughter was born, literally the 5 years ago, I have been searching for a top notch doc who not only listens to my concerns but also shows great bedside manner and cares for my daughter’s health just as much as I do. She is a gem and honestly if I could give her 10 stars I would.

My child began coming here at birth, when it was Riverside. Yesterday, I decided I was done with Optum. I am saddened to lose neighborhood care, but the corporate greed and lack of care is just evident in every part of the business. When I came in, I said I wanted to check in. They barked at me to do it via the MyChart app, which they had texted me just five minutes prior. The office didn’t have great cell service, they didn’t offer WiFi, and I had to stand out in the rain to do the chart. Seriously? Really sad. Would absolutely advise new parents in the area to check out other options that heighten and center the patient experience .
