Review For adult doctor service: 2 star Doctor is good but I am requesting for a simple prescription from the last 3 weeks staff is ignoring the request. I don't know why. Sent multiple messages, but no one is replying. Tried to call the office. Nobody ever picks the phone for prescription. Review For pediatric doctor : 4 star Overall doctor and staff is friendly, no issues faced till now with our 1 year kid. Sometimes booking an appointment becomes difficult because many of the time the phone gets unattended, especially during holiday season, that's the overall problem with Riverview group. Backside of clinic there is a big paid parking lot.

We’ve had such a great experience at this pediatric office! The entire team is friendly, caring, and truly makes every visit comfortable for both kids and parents. Mercedes, the office manager, is absolutely amazing — she’s always welcoming, professional, and goes above and beyond to help with anything we need. The staff is wonderful with children and always patient and kind. We really appreciate the care and attention they give every time we visit. Highly recommend this office to any parent looking for a place that truly cares about their patients! 💙

Been in this office a few months after Paterson office closed. Good thing most of the staff of Paterson office (they are awesome specially Elsa from the front desk and Sara from the nurse) are in Nutley office. Doctor Gupta been seen my kids and been doing good job with my kids. In this office I never been more than 2 hours in an appointment waiting time 5-10 minutes to called you to the room. Thanks everyone for taking the extra step to attend our kids how they deserve.

The staff at this office are truly amazing. Their kindness and compassion were evident from the moment I arrived with my daughter. They went above and beyond to make sure my little one was comfortable and I well informed. I left feeling cared for and confident with the care provided. I’ve been a patient of Optum since it change over from Riverside (I went there since birth). I went at the direction of my psychiatrist, who diagnosed me with ADHD but told me I needed to get a physical and EKG before she could prescribe anything. I went to Dr. Gupta for a physical. She undermined my psychiatrist and my gynecologist. She told me I was too young to have an IUD and that she believed the doctor misdiagnosed me and she didn’t believe I had ADHD. The entire appointment made me uncomfortable and judged. I believe as a doctor, she should not make her patients feel this way. She should work on her bedside manner.z
