Dr. Reckell at Riviera Opticare has been my doctor for over 3 decades. She takes as much time as it takes to make sure that all of your eye care needs have been addressed. Never will you be rushed. She truly cares about her patients. The entire practice is friendly, professional and anxious to make your visit a positive experience. The office itself is state of the art and beautiful.
Dr. Darby is great! She took time to explain everything and to make sure I got the right prescription for my glasses. Riviera also does all exams in 1 visit - unlike other optical offices who made me come back for a second visit for any additional testing. I’m really glad my husband and I both switched to Riviera.
This was my second year of getting my eyes checked here & they are still good 🤩 very friendly, informative and helpful with my whole process and questions. Nice comfy waiting area, while still being modern & clean. Great team of staff who enjoy their jobs and rescheduling is easy. The customer portal doesn’t always work, but that’s okay. I’m glad they take my United Healthcare insurance and take the time to review and answer all my questions! The Dr I had is very bubbly and nice! 😊 Thank you guys for being in a positive spirit and excellent location serving Mesa!
We LOVE LOVE LOVE Dr. Susan Reckell and her team at Riviera Opticare. We have gone to her for years. She is so precise, particular and accurate, and on top of the latest & greatest equipment and treatments. Her team will help with the utmost honesty when you try on frames. It's just the very best treatment you could ever experience at an optometrist company. My husband and I highly recommend Dr. Reckell at either of her locations. She is top notch!
Dr Reckell and her team are great. I have been going to her for over 30 years now and they never disappoint. I have a very difficult contact prescription and Dr. Reckell has always been able to find the best options for me.
