Love this place, kind and lovely staff, great service and great experience. I went with my baby and they treated us so kindly and patiently. I received my glasses in as little as 5 days!!! Very happy :)
We had a lovely time here! Sara(h) was so attentive, polite and knowledgeable! We needed a new pair of glasses for my sister in law who’s visiting from out of state. Despite being gone for 3 years, they found her history and were able to bring out many options for a very picky customer!! We also got a lovely input on blue light vs. anti glare that helped us make an educated decision personalized for our specific needs. Thankyou!!
This doctor needs to retire when he can be so far off on my eye test that I had to go see another I doctor to have the eye test done. I couldn’t even see out of the glasses he gave me. It’s a shame that guy needs to really retire.
I would highly recommend this location. The service was outstanding. No long wait, welcoming, professional and overall an amazing experience from start to finish. I had the pleasure to see Dr. Capassso; my appointment did not feel rushed. He took his time to explain and review options that worked best for me. I have been wearing glasses for 5 years and never had such a great service at the previous location. I will be transferring my entire family! Can’t wait to continue my eye care with this Team!
I went to Hawley Lane opticians today to get new glasses. My eye doctor recommended progressive lenses. The girl informed me that my insurance would not cover them. I had to get the lenses with the line in them. Well, she just called me and said that she had talked to her manager and that they found a way to get the progressive lenses and the insurance would pay for them! That was so nice that she took the time to check with her manager, and I ended up getting what my doctor recommended! Thank you so much Hawley Lane for taking the time to get me what I wanted! There are helpful people out there!!! Thanks again
