I recently switched to Robbin’s eye and I have been nothing but impressed with the staff and service. The tech, Melody, was so cheerful and thorough. I felt very comfortable with Dr. Beers and was impressed with his knowledge and manner. I would wholeheartedly recommend Robbin’s Eye.
I was very upset. I went to Robbins Eye because I thought Robbins did cataract surgery. When I called I asked for Dr. Robbins, no one told me he didn't work there any more and gave me another dr. I didn't find out Dr. Robbins was working in Wellsville until the next day. And it was The office in Hornell that gave me than information
Dr. Beers has been absolutely AMAZING! My husband went for his first visit and he Immediately got the ball rolling on a long, bumpy road. He saw the tumor Immediately and got him into a Retina specialist 2 days later. Within one month we were in Philadelphia having radiation. Dr. Beers has a very Complicated and Rare patient and we couldn't ask for a better Doctor!!!
When I first started to look into laser eye surgery, I thought that it would take a long time for it to actually happen. 3 weeks after my consultation, I had my surgery date. Lisa was amazing every step of the way. She was informative, educational, and comforting. She explained everything so that I knew fully what to expect during the procedure. It was over so quickly and there was very minimal discomfort during the procedure. The only discomfort I felt was some burning after the surgery for a short amount of time until I was able to fall asleep and rest. I am day 4 post op and can officially say that I have ZERO regrets. If you are considering LASIK, go see Lisa and get set up. Free consultation to see if you’re a candidate and a seamless process after that. I am beyond thankful. As for Dr. Robbins, he is a man of few words. Down to the business but throughout the procedure he is talking you through every single part. Explains exactly what he needs you to do and what is happening every step.
I had a severe eye irritation with pain upon waking today. Robbins Eye was able to see me within 20 minutes and removed a foreign object. I was also provided drops to lubricate the eye and given information so I could be seen on Saturday should there be any further problem. Robbins Eye provided timely medical intervention with compassion and expertise!
