Whoever is answering the phones and managing the schedule here is so unorganized and unprofessional. Getting them on the phone is a struggle. Then once I did, she asked to call me back. She called me back days later, when she told me it would be that day. She scheduled me, and then called back a couple weeks later to move my appointment to a month later. Then I call the month of my appointment to confirm day and time, because she seemed so unorganized. When I called, I was told that I missed my appointment. She had left it on that original date and time. I explained the situation and asked why I hadn’t been reached out to with a least a reminder, because then I could’ve made it and been aware. She said calling with a reminder isn’t a requirement. I was then told I could be added to the schedule 2 months later. This would be 5 months after I originally called. The fact that you can’t even be told a correct appointment date and time. She makes you feel like they don’t need you as a patient. She hung up on me when I pushed back by giving her the info above.
