Let’s just start with stay away from this place! I visited in 9/24 under a Davis Vision plan for a routine eye examination and arranged payment through a voucher plan accepted by Dr. Segool who is a participant of Davis Viision as a provider. I was clear in stating I needed only a basic eye examination to aquire a prescription for eye glasses. I paid the co-payments for the upgrades on my eye glasses to Dr Segool, picked up my eye glasses and left. At the end of the year, I received my Explanation of Benefits from my medical insurance who listed Dr Segool billing my medical insurance IN ADDITION to what I already paid for through my VISION PLAN! My eye vision provider stated that this should never have been billed. That I prepaid and that was all that should’ve been billed. I smelled a RAT immediately. I was never informed that Dr Segool would be submitting anything to my medical insurance. As a result, since this I have been emailing and calling Dr Segool’s office requesting a billing inquiry and have had NO return calls or answers to my emails to discuss these issues. I have had NO COURTESY from the office receptionist when I have reached the office looking for the billing person. All my subsequent calls go to voicemail. Could they be this impertinent so as not to respond to my calls to at least discuss this?? I would definitely say beware going to this place. I will repost outcome of this once the investigation into the insurance fraudulent claim filed by Dr Segool comes back to me and/or IF the billing person who I have since found out is Dr Segools WIFE ever returns any of my requests to discuss this! As of 4/27: still no response to my email from 3/25 and the multiple ohone calls that keep going to voicemail not returned.

booked late in the day on a weekday, was accommodated with an appt first thing the following morning. medical eye exam. eye had been bothering me off and on for weeks. friendly service, efficient, and helpful. havent had a normal vision exam in over a decade and nothing was mentioned, only treated for what i went in for. convenient location. definitely recommend.

Dr Segool is the best eye doctor that I have used. He is thorough and utilizes technology appropriately. I like the fact that he takes pictures of the internals of your eyes so that it is easy to track changes. And he explains his findings. Highly recommend.

Doctor Segool cares! I called for an appointment to get an irritated eye examined - they saw me within hours! My eye had been bothering me for about a week and was getting worse, Doctor Segool put me on an aggressive treatment program and saw me for the next four days to make sure I was getting better. Once the swelling went down he was able to remedy my situation very quickly. He took great care of me and my eye! I can not explain how relieved I was to find a doctor who took interest in daily follow up and treatment. I am now taking my children there for their regular eye exams. Excellent Doctor and Staff.
