The reviews are true they just don't want to work I guess. I sat on phone hold for 15 minutes and I just had a quick question that I couldn't even ask before they put me on hold. I called back and a different lady answered and had the nerve to get snippy with me, telling me how short handed they are. I'm happy to pay a little more and go elsewhere but someone should remind them of customers etiquette. If it weren't for the customer they wouldn't be getting paid to do a job.

I have went here since I was a child. I always loved going & dr.kerr was always nice & quick. I called to schedule my appointment early for this next year bc this year they were “too booked out” to schedule me. The lady that answered the phone literally sounded miserable & was so rude. If you’re the one answering the phone you are supposed to represent your office with respect & kindess. She offered neither. Not saying it’s a bad place all around but I will never be back there. I was nothing but respectful, and you would think a lady that’s at the age she is, would know a little something about respect. Evidently not. Will not EVER be back.

First time here and probably won't go back. Unorganized, not friendly, no communication. I get an exam and they don't have any trial contacts to send home with me, so I get to drive another hour round trip just to pick them up from a very unfriendly person in the vision center who just jams them in a bag and hands them to me. I try to order contacts online and I am told the Dr. never finalized my prescription. I call and the Dr. is out for a week. So I'll be going on 4 weeks after my exam just to order my contacts.
