Vision Center associates were fantastic!! So helpful in helping pick out the right frames and adjusting the frames. Overall experience could not have been better!! Everyone was so nice!

The reviews are true they just don't want to work I guess. I sat on phone hold for 15 minutes and I just had a quick question that I couldn't even ask before they put me on hold. I called back and a different lady answered and had the nerve to get snippy with me, telling me how short handed they are. I'm happy to pay a little more and go elsewhere but someone should remind them of customers etiquette. If it weren't for the customer they wouldn't be getting paid to do a job.
First time here and probably won't go back. Unorganized, not friendly, no communication. I get an exam and they don't have any trial contacts to send home with me, so I get to drive another hour round trip just to pick them up from a very unfriendly person in the vision center who just jams them in a bag and hands them to me. I try to order contacts online and I am told the Dr. never finalized my prescription. I call and the Dr. is out for a week. So I'll be going on 4 weeks after my exam just to order my contacts.
