Your products are crap. I bought wire rimed bifocals, lenses popped out. I brought them in, your staff used some loctite, replaced a screw. Two months another screw came out. The frame and lens on the left is being held together by small pieces of scotch tape; you said the warranty ended. My new medical insurance recommend a new service in La Crosse.
I cannot say enough good stuff about this place! Absolutely everyone is amazing from Michelle, who always goes above and beyond to help me with scheduling and paperwork… the technicians, who thoroughly perform tests on my eyes… to the awesome gals, who have helped me pick out and fit my glasses…to the kind Doctor himself…. These folks care about their patients and we are treated with professionalism and an extra dose of kindness. Robeson takes great care of all ages! Treat yourself to the best care around! You won’t regret it.
Could not be happier about our experience with Robeson Vision! Our toddler went through 2 frames and 10 months of "settling" on sub-part fit before we finally checked out Robeson. I had been sad that we could not find someone who wanted to be a hero for our toddler, but the optician team we worked with (shout out Sam & Mara!) changed all of that! They worked so patiently and expertly to get our little guy's frames perfectly adjusted so he can run around and be his best self! They have tools on site to make adjustments on the fly, which really set this clinic apart, from my (limited) experience. Truly moved by the efforts of the Robeson team. I will advocate for them to all who will listen! Extra praise for their convenient use of text message communication if you want, which might be really helpful for some folks.

My child was having problems seeing the board at school, they got us in due to a cancelation in about two weeks. Very greatful to Dr. Dunham and the staff for making my child's first appointment a fun adventure.
