My rate has went up AGAIN. SURPRISE!!! The only time I ever started with a discounted rate was back when the 25$ internet was available until Biden took that away. So I was aware I would be paying about 40-50$ a month after that. That was the ONLY time I was notified my bill would increase. Now over the last 2-3 years when I go to pay my bill, it has increased with no warning. From 50$ to ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS. And they have some crappy excuse every time as to why it went up. Why am I getting no warning about this??? I haven’t been on a promotion pricing for years and yet every time it goes up they pretend that I am. They had a worker in Walmart one time and when I told him how much I pay he was appalled and said I am entirely over paying and when I typed in my info he said I’m eligible for better pricing- when I called they said. No, you’re not. So why the hell did my bill go up, AGAIN! If I got any service at ALL in this town I would never be paying this much for internet. It’s absurd. For one TV to run and one phone???? 100$ a month???? I feel like I’m being scammed with the way they keep secretly upping my bill. What a shame. Every time it’s the same excuse “well if you bring your own router you can get 10$ off” BUT WHY ARE YOU ADDING ON TEN DOLLARS WVERY 5-6 MONTHS?$ without warning?!? Sometimes 20$?$? It might be one thing if someone had actual answers for me but they tell me the same bullshit each time my bill goes up. When the whole time I was NEVER ON A PROMOTION SINCE 2024!!!!

No bathroom for customers. Dont waste your time, anything done here can be done online. The very rude people working couldnt care less about your experience and will just try to sell you more things. Especially the bald bearded man.

These guys were GREAT!! I had called spectrum corporate because of a bill increase I didn't understand, and that person was talking in circles without giving any information that I literally said to the man, congratulations....you made this so frustrating that I'd rather just pay the $20 than deal with him anymore. I had to go to the local store to return a modem after an upgrade and they (wish I knew who helped me), took the modem return, upgraded my router AND when I asked him about my bill, took 5 minutes and found a plan that was actually less than my bill before the increase!!! For an industry that limit customer options for a service that is now practically essential, I will never call corporate again. I will get in the car and drive to the store just to work with these guys. Can't say enough good things about them!!!!

10 years of loyalty, zero appreciation. I’ve been a Spectrum customer for over a decade but I’ve finally reached my limit. Despite being a long term subscriber. I’m treated like just another number. My rates have consistently increased without any corresponding improvements in speed or reliability and the service I’m paying for rarely matches the speeds I actually receive. I’m moving on to a provider that values its customers.

I had a great experience at the local Winona Spectrum. Christopher was phenomenal. He was knowledgeable, professional, patient, helpful and kind. He was able to get me a better priced package and new & updated equipment that will be delivered to my door tomorrow! Brendon, the other Sales Specialist was pleasant and helpful as well. Store is super clean and bright. Thank you!
