My son lost his glasses in Florida on the beach. Teresa took an old frame and replaced the glasses so I could have them shipped by UPS next day air so he was able to see while he was on vacation! Super helpful and friendly. She definitely helped him enjoy his vacation without the headache of not being able to see.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I got my prescription glasses from this place and they are complete garbage. Scratched in less than a year and I know how to take care of glasses. The lenses are supposedly under warranty so I asked them to order new ones. I was told 2 weeks. It's been 2 months and every time I call they say they will check the shipment and call back. They never call back. My brother has been waiting on his sunglasses for about a year and still don't have them. These guys are VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. STAY AWAY! You have been warned.

I'm so thankful for the extra care Teresa gives me with my glasses! I'm not sure how I keep doing it, but I keep messing up the alignment of my frames! Teresa always has time to straighten me out! (And my frames! Haha) I love her extra care. She's great! Tyra Walters

I was in the market for new glasses and someone recommended Rock River. They connected me with Rock River via email and we exchanged a few emails regarding what I was looking for. Eventually it took over a month to receive a response that she was still looking into the glasses I wanted. I was still interested so I responded and followed up two more times. I never received another response.
