Exceptional customer service. I came in shortly before closing with broken glasses, and she graciously took the time to help me while she was already preparing to leave. She was warm, patient, and genuinely focused on helping rather than rushing me out. The most impressive part was that she never asked if I had purchased my glasses there — she simply helped because she cared. Experiences like this are why people return.

Shout out to Kimberly. I stopped into the optical department today. Ask if my glasses could be adjusted for me. Kimberly was the most pleasant lady. So happy she could take the time.
My whole family always goes to Walmart. Their glasses/frames last a long time. (unless you brake them yourself). I was at a different eye clinic and was looking at frames. I almost pooped my pants when I seen how much they were. Basic frames with some fancy name, were over $399. I couldn't believe it.
The optometrist guy doesn't wash his hands after going to the bathroom. Probably something people will want to know.
Attempted to set up appointments online twice, unfortunately, both times my appointments were not found in their system.
