I love Shopko Optical and Breanne is amazing! That girl can pick me out a pair of glasses like no one can. I come in early to find a pair never have no luck, lol! She asks me a couple questions and bam she has the perfect glasses for me!! She really knows what I like! Shes amazing! The whole staff is awesome!!!
Breanne was knowledgeable and efficient. She had precise feedback that was helpful in picking out frames too. Dr. Schroedl knows his stuff. I appreciate the kind, knowledgeable service they offer.
They were very helpful in helping me choose a set of glasses that are perfect for me! I like to have glasses with a specific color of tint, and was told by a different Shopko Optical that this tint was no longer available. However, both Teresa and Melay took the time to look up how the tint was previously ordered by Shopko in the past by looking into my purchase history and conferring with the production lab to get the tint that I like. I am so grateful to them both for taking the time to look into my request! Amazing staff, friendly and caring!
My experience at Shopko Optical was fast and informative. Breanne was courteous and knowledgeable, which made the process move right along. Thank you!
Staff is just ok! Most of them aren’t very friendly and personable. When I walked in I wasn’t greeted and I had to consistently ask questions because no one gave me any direction of what to do or where to go. The doctor himself was absolutely amazing! I would give him 5+ stars. He is patient, kind, smart, and extremely personable. I felt so comfortable in his presence. He was also very good with my son. I will be back!
