Best eye doctor experience we’ve ever had! I cannot say enough good things about Rockford Family Eyecare! The entire staff was absolutely amazing from the moment we walked in, the assisting staff were supportive, welcoming, kind, and professional. Our doctor was phenomenal. She took the time to truly understand my daughter's sensory needs, handling the entire exam with the utmost respect, patience, and genuine care. Instead of feeling overwhelming, the appointment was smooth, comfortable, and completely stress-free for her. If you are looking for an eye care clinic that truly listens and goes above and beyond for their patients, this is it. We will definitely be returning!

I LOVE Dr Ted Sees not only for his competence but also for his caring!! At 87 years old it takes a huge dose of patience, humor, and detailed explanation to achieve my comfort and confidence about my eye care! Not only was Dr Ted creative in his solution to my sight problem, he was also careful to explain the reasons why he was recommending the unique remedy! I can now see clearly again and I am so happy!! I also appreciate that he was very patient to help me understand the new eye care procedure required and I never felt rushed when I was n his office! Thanks Dr Ted for all you are doing to help people with their eyes!!
