Rose Optical sealed their 5 start rating from me today, when once again, I misconfigured my spectacles in a bad way. They wouldn't stay on me dome. Without hesitation, The Frame Motivator took my glasses in the back room (twice) and everything was good after that. The icing on the cake was when The Guru said "We're here for you anytime!!" I abuse my glasses enough to test the validity and varsity of that statement. Another honorable mention are the Nike with Flaxon frame. Very $$ but I'm hard on equipment.

Rose optical has great service from both the front desk team and the doctors. They're kind, patient, and explained everything throughly, especially to my mother who doesn't speak english well.

Highly recommend this place. I went in and they got me in and out in a decent time frame considering all the stuff they had to do. The girl who helped me with the glasses was really top notch and super helpful with her services. I’m very rough on glasses. So tough ones were a must in my situation. I appreciate these ladies and the doctor who examined my eyes. 10 out of 10. From the phone call to the services provided in person.

In the past, I've gone to the big chain places to get my glasses. Recently, though, I have decided to support more local businesses, so I went to Rose Optical for a pair of glasses this week. Saw the doctor, picked some frames, waited a bit, and they showed up. They have the same brands of frames as the chain places, at the same prices. But they are a local company, and the place is bustling with local employees. If you're getting the same thing for the same money as the big guys in the malls across the river, why not support your local store and the local employees who live here? I'm very happy with my new glasses, and I'm glad this area has so many small businesses like Rose Optical.
